Sample at O-town throwdown ’09 Pours hazy golden, no head. Taste grainy, yeasty barnyard , citrus, loaded with brett and funk with a fruit tartness finish. Solid brew.

Bomber shared by goldtwins (thanks, Larry!) - pours a cloudy, fizzy gold - no head at all - tangy, lemony nose, with some lacto and bretty funk, pineapple - tart and medium dry - a lot of tropical fruit character - a small amount of phenolic qualities - a little more sweetness through the middle than I expected, which gets in the way of the glorious brett characteristics - a little grainy in the finish - a tiny bit acetic, but not too much so - decent, but nothing to rave about.

22 oz bottle shared by bvc. Hand bottled by the brewery 12/08, according to the label. Pour is cloudy orange yellow with a one inch white head. A couple of floaties ensure that this has not been filtered one iota. Pretty in the glass. Aroma of soft floral earthiness and funky sour barnyard. Gorgeous nose. Taste is earthy, straw, lemon citrus and funk. Really diverse and layered flavors. Some sweetness present. Thanks for sharing this gem Brandon.
