From an old set of notes I found. "Tastes like some Bazooka-Joe bubblegum that had a fling with a wheat-field. I could drink this all day long...lovin it!". That must have been towards the end of the night.

bottle thanks to Creedon pours hazy brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is wonderful toast, gingerbread, clove, some toffee. Flavor is rich caramel and toasted malts ending with a sharp carbonation and hot pumpkin spice. Nice stuff.

Draught@HBF2009. Slightly hazy amber color, good creamy beige head. Hoppy nose with sweet banana. Banana, a bit grainy, light yeast and caramel. Not much dunkelweizen, more or less normal weizen.

Draught@HBF2009. Hazy amber colour, mediumsized beige huge foamy head. Good lace. Aroma is caramel, fruits, biscuits, nutmeg, and some really sweet notes. Flavour is peach, some caramel, mild wooden notes, birchsap, resin and wheat. Quite strange dunkelweizen.

courtesy of hwwty4. Pours orange somewhat cloudy with light beige head. Aroma is outstanding. Plenty of yeast, wheat farmyard, clove. Taste thick mouthfeel, wheat, light bitterness, yeasty with notes of banana and esters. Some spices with good note of clove and coriander. Really enjoyed this one.

Tap at Schlafly Bottleworks. Dark amber color with a creamy, slightly lacing, white head. Aromas of sweet malt, suggesting a Belgian tripel. Medium body with somewhat biting carbonation. Flavor is like a light Belgian amber with something like clove.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer pours a mostly clear dark orange color with a wispy off-white head that diminishes quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma if yeast and orange peels, along with some malt. Light, clean body with a zesty character. Flavors of citrus, spices and yeast are present along with some doughy malt. The finish is spice and yeast with a mild citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.
