Pours a deep golden color with a medium ivory colored head that dissipates steadily. Spotty lacing. Light pine and citrusy hops in the nose. Light-bodied and crisp with mildly bitter hops and citrus flavors. Some pale malt is present as well. The finish is short and mildly bitter with a light hoppy aftertaste. Overall this is a one-dimensional IPA that I would not bother with again.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel-amber color with a small white head. The aroma was nutty malts and dry yet fruity hops. The flavor was bitter and tart with notes of floral and fruity hops. The finish was long bitter and tart.

A fine example of an IPA. Smell is hoppy. Rude crude hop preservative flavor that lingers like medicine. Pretty offensive to the lager lover. It’s within it’s style, what else can be said?

Bottle at Brickseller, Washington DC
Hazy blond color. A quite easy Pale Ale, dryish, but with a fairly strong hopping.

12 oz. bottle from mj. Pour is slight haze yellow-gold with an out of control white head. Not much aroma, some pine and grass and that’s about it. Taste is piney, bitter hops with some hay and a really bitter dry finish. Palate was pretty thin, and not too much depth of flavor. Thanks Mike!

Courtesy of Degarth. Pours a clear deep gold with big rocky white head. The aroma is light with malt sweetness, tart lemon citrus hops and hints of ripe banana (that couldn’t be right?). The taste is tart with lemon like citrus bitterness followed by sweet and pale maltiness. It ends the same with both tart bitter citrus hops and pale malts.

bottle - Pours copper with a two finger head and lots of floating yeast. The head lingers nad laces well. It has a fairly mild citrus hops aroma. Medium bodied and well balanced, it leaves a crisp, bitter finish that stays around a long time as is the nature of IPAs. I’m surprised at how low the ratings are here as I didn’t find it thin, rough, or bland. It’s not an outstanding IPA, but it’s a very good, solid beer and certainly has the hop profile of an IPA.

12 oz bottle. Nice IPA aroma, mild to say the least. Taste is very mellow and does not have an overpowering IPA flavor. Personally I really enjoy the strong IPA flavors in many beers, but this one was very refreshing with dinner.

Pour is a copper with a white head. Aroma is faint but hops are present. Flavor is much the same. Some small amount of hops and not much of a stong malt. Pretty poor for an IPA.

Hazy copper body with suspended particles, thick, puffy off-white head. Piney hops plentiful in the otherwise bready, caramely nose. Notes of citrus rind. Toasty, bready body with abundant bitter, rindy pine and citrus hops, leaving a long, bitter aftertaste. Medium-bodied, fairly well-balanced. Not bad.
