Dobre piwo o intensywnym smaku i zapachu swiezej kawy. Pachnie ze az milo. Gozkawe palone i kawowe.

Pours black with a creamy offwhite head. Aroma of dry roasted malt, heavy coffee, light dark chocolate, light vegetables notes. Flavor is rather dry with roasted malts, coffee, expresso, dark chocolate, dark fruits, and again a light note of vegetables. Medium body, lively to overcarbonated ( Dutch carbonation !) dry and roasted finish. 141213

Tnx Edo. Bottled 10/2012, 330ml. Deep ruby color, big cloudy brownish head, lace. Ashy, coffeish, a bit earthy and berryish aroma. Medium-bodied. Ashy, coffeish flavor. Berryish, a bit sour. Foamy mouthfeel. As many other real coffee beers, this doesn’t work well. Probably not in top condition.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a deep, dark brown with a tint of red and a tiny, rough, brown head. Heavy coffee aroma, roasty. Medium body, close to flat, slightly tart, heavy roast and coffee, no real bitterness. Ehmm...odd! 161113

very dark colour, not too much, creamy beige head; aroma and taste is fully dominated by roasted coffe with some earthyness;this is definitely one of the most coffee-like beer I have ever tasted; not bad, but a bit one-dimensional...and, to be honest, I don’t really like coffee :-)

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought online @ Biernavigatie.nl. Pours black with an enormous beige head that stays forever. Aroma is that of sweet coffee. Taste is almost exclusivly coffee. This smells and tastes as cold fizzy coffee which to me is a good and a bad thing. Yes, I like my beers with some coffee notes but the overpowering coffee taste The Daily Grind has is too much in my opinion. There’s not much else besides the coffee making it a bit one dimensional. Still, a remarkable beer.
