Bottle. Amber with a pink tint. Slight berry smell with a more pronouced malty aroma. Taste was slight sweet but not unpleasant, berry, malt, only minimum hops. Not bad.

Can 330ml (KCM Puuvilla)
Amber-pinky colour, small steady white head and some lace. Light marmalade and raspberry in the nose. Light-bodied. Sweet raspberry juice flavour. A bit of tartness but not much. Meh fruit drink.

12 oz. can. Pours an opaque raspberry jelly color with a small khaki head and fair retention. No lacing. No aroma at all. Tastes like raspberry jelly too. Sweet, but not sickly sweet. Short finish with low carbonation. It's a nice fruit drink, but needs a bit more beer flavor.

Bottled. Hazy reddish amber, small head. Aroma of raspberry jam. Sweet with light body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Simplistic raspberry jam flavour. Low bitterness. Quite cloying.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark ruby purple with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is berries and pure sugar. Thin body, strong berry, sugar, light tartness, good.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite - Jersey City, 11/20/11
Aroma: The is all berry fruitiness, raspberry seems to be the most prevalent
Appearance: It pours a pink-orange color with a small, fizzy, off-white head
Flavor: The taste is heavy sweet, with, like the nose, lots of sugary berry fruitiness
Palate: The mouthfeel is sticky/sugary, nearly cloying, and the carbonation is soft, almost flat
Overall Impression: This is a fruit beer pure and simple. It achieves that goal. It seems others found more complexity, but I did not. I didn't get any sour or tart flavors, just sweet berries. It drinks pretty easily, but it leans cloying on the aftertaste. Not terrible, but too one-dimensionally sweet for my palate.
