Taste is slightly dry, weeds, yeast, grass, citrus peel, flowers, hay, minerals, light malts, fresh wood. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice.

On tap @ Borefts 2015. Smells really good this. It's on the sweeter fruitier side of the saison scale with mango, tropical fruits, passion and grape fruit. Mild funk, grapes and, yeah, just a good aroma. The beer itself is cloudy and almost honey golden with a big white lasting and lacing head on the top. More saison true in the taste. Honey and saison yeast. It's high on the carbonation and oily on the texture. Yeasty fruits, pineapple sourness almost. Melon and a little hint of alcohol. Sweet for sure. A nice saison on the sweeter side of the scale. 26.09.2015

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a sticky white head. Aroma is nice fruits, white peach, passion fruit, base grains, mellow saison. Flavour is composed of very refreshing tropical fruits, white peach, grape, nice. . Palate is spritzy carbonation, semi sweet moderate carbonaiton, sticky.

[ As Brewski / Brekeriet From Skåne With Love ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy - yeasty, citrus, elderflowers - herbal. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, elderflowers - herbal, citrus, dry, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150925]

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a huge white head. The aroma has notes of spices, lemons, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and fruit, leading to a dry finish.

Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy pale golden with a frothy white head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is almost all phenols with crackers, hay, dry soil, rubber, white pepper corns, coriander, sheet metal and lemon zest. Taste is very tiny sour, tiny bitter, tiny fruity and slightly spicy phenolic. Mouthfeel is dry, slightly astringent, tiny tart and light bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, grapefruit juice, lemon juice, peaches, hay, dry soil, white pepper corns, coriander, barnyard and lemon zest. Fairly all over the place. Especially the smell which is pretty damn awful. Needs a cleaner presentation with less phenols.

Draught. Hazy hay yellow liquid with medium off-white head. Aroma of funk, bread, grain, red berries, lemon peel, grapefruit and wood. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with notes of grapefruit, mango, biscuit, lemon, apple skin and bread. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Nice!
