From tap at Borefts ’ 15. Aroma of wheat, basil, elderflower, hint of citrus and sour pickles. Flavour is medium sour. Body is light to medium. Quite good, very refreshing, nicely sour.

Tap @ Borefts Beer Festival 2015. Pours hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aromas of lemon grass, elderflower, lime, coriander, lactic, basil, floral. Taste is coriander, lime juice, elderflower, light lactic tartness, floral notes.

Tap @ Borefts 2015. pale blonde. Elderflower, grapes, apple and citrus in the aroma. Sour citric flavor with elderflower and soft herbal notes. Dry yet fruity. A really good beer.

Small creamy mediumlasting head, quite hazy. Aroma is fresh grassy, fresh basil, grass, citrus peel, hay, unripe gooseberries, sorrel, berry skin, leafs. Taste is sour-ish fresh, sorrel, soda powder, unripe gooseberries, fresh basil, citrus peel, grass, hay. Medium bitterness, dry acidic mouthfeel. Nice one.

On tap @ Borefts 2015. This is a cloudy light straw yellow golden one with a quite lacing little white islandy head. Really enjoying the aroma on this. Superb fresh with lots of basil, citrus and it just oozes "I'm the freshest beer you've ever smelled!" The elder-flower kinda fades as the basil shines and dominates. Like the aroma. Tastes really good also. This is perhaps he definition of a refreshing Berliner Weisse. Thin oily, not watery at all and it's just above average on the carbonation. Lemonic, mild sour. Wheat and elderflower. A lovely tasting little thing this that I'd really like to try again. 25.09.2015

Borefts Beer Festival 7th edition day 1 25/09/2016. A hazed yellow/ green coloured pour with a lasting white head. Aroma is big floral elderflower, zesty lime, wheat. Flavour is composed of tart lime, zesty, crisp, floral elderflower. Really tart and refreshing, crisp fiinish. Palate is crisp and tart, highish carbonation, very refreshing.

Draught @ 7th Borefts Beer Festival 2015, Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Brewski Keyline Berliner ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, lemon, lime, elderflowers. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, tart, lime, elderflowers, light to moderate basil spicy - herbal. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150925]

[9/25/15] Draught sample at Borefts Beer Festival 2015 in Bodegraven. Cloudy shiny pale yellow. Aroma of basil and elderflower. Sourish flavor with yogurt, lemon, spiciness. Light-bodied. Refreshing.
