(Can - 2023 version is 6.5%) Pours black with short-lived tan head. Subtle but pleasant aroma of toasted grains and chocolate. Full bodied, rather slick with sparse fine carbonation, giving a good mouthfeel. Good taste with chocolate balanced by some burnt bitter notes. Very enjoyable.

There's bitter chocolate, moderate roasted malt and a decent bitter finish.
