”BraGott Tallskott” 6,9 %, som vi bryggde i höstas tillsammans med Mjödhamnen. Det är en braggot, eller mölska som det heter på svenska, dvs en honungsöl. Denna braggot är bryggd med vitklöverhonung med tillsats av tallskott i jäskaret, vilket man kan känna tydligt på smaken.

On tap @ Haandfest 2015. This is to my surprise a crystal clear looking golden colored one. A small nice white head placed on the top leaving nice lacings. Smells nice and kinda sweet. Honey sweet with lots of ripe fruits. Almost tropical, and a good way of any other bragott I've smelled. Nice. It's really dry in the taste. Raspberries and soft dry honey. It has a average carbonation level and a mild oily texture in the mouth. Is there something called dry honey? If so this tastes it. Fruity finish. Smells a lot better than what it tastes, but it's for sure an interesseting one. 30.05.2015

500ml bottle @ Shrewsbury Beer Share, March 16, courtesy of myself. From trade with Omhper. Many thanks. Pours hazy gold, white head. Sharp manuka aroma. Taste smooth, herbal and surprisingly lacks a certain sweetness. Some dandelion floral notes, with a metallic honey finish. Certainly different for a braggot but can’t say I’d revisit it.

4a cata RateBeer Cimmeria Oviedo 09..11..2015. Fcpre 6..2016. (r54). Cuerpo rubio turbio con espuma blanca. Aromas maltosos toques dulces algo de especies Sabores maltosos bastante herbaceos toques de mieles con bastantes brezos ligeros. muy ligero amargo final también herbaceo el final. Bien de gas. Normal.

From tap. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity, slight herbal. Mild fruity, crisp, light bitter. Floral. Mellow fruity. Smooth crisp floral and light bitter finish.

Haand Ølfestival 2015. Golden colour with some white bubbles. Flavour is honey, citrus, malt, fruit. Ordinary beverage. Too much honey to be a good beer and too much beer to be a good mead.

Fra kran på Haand Ølfestival 29 Mai 15. Delt med Rune. Veldig lys gylden. Nesten ikke skum. Søt ferskenaroma. Smaken mango. Tørr bitter etter hvert.
