Draft from the brewery. Hazy amber colour, white foam. Estery, notes of citrus, rather sweet with a bitter finish, a bit herbal.

Tap at Nuetnigenough, 13th November 19. Pours off clear and light golden. Aroma is floral, some yeast. Taste is floral and some bitterness, easy drinking modern Tripel

Draft directly from the tank @ La Source Taproom. Dorée sur léger trouble, col blanc. Arôme au nez classique belge, fruité, petite touche de pomme/poire, petit effet de sous-bois. Pas mal de fruits blancs. Palais sur une base belge avec un apport ester assez plaisant - malt pils cara, munich, fruités blancs oscillant vers la pêche de vigne, chair de poire, petite touche de pêche sur la fin, apport fin de poivre noir et une épaisseur de bouche modérée - qui reprend ce côté poire.

Tap at the brewery opening. Not as funky as a lot of tripels tend to be. Balance of moderate body, light burnt astringency, moderate honeyish maltiness. Overall good but not great.
