(Draft at La Source Taproom, Brussels, 20 Sep 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, herbal nose with dried pineapple, marzipan, grass and spices. Malty, fruity taste with notes of dried pineapple, grass, citrus peel, herbs, coriander and a balanced herbal/spicy bitternes. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made tripel. Very nice.

Tap at the source brewery. A clean golden orange coloured pour with a a sticky off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, pale grains, honey, pale malts, apple, floral notes, hedgerow hop, grass. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, grassy hop nutty malts honey notes. Good.

0.33l can. Golden body with a lasting white head. Strong honey notes in the aroma and the taste with traces of ripe pears, sweet apples, bready malts and medicinal hops. More bitter than the average tripel. Good one.

Too plain to be La Source. Nothing special like most belgian triples. Too bad.

14/VIII/21 - on tap @ La Source brewery (Brussels), BB: n/a (2021-800) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
Little cloudy orange blond beer, small creamy off-white head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: fruity, some banana, grains, juicy, some citrus, bit oxidized, marzipan, soapy impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: slightly sourish, malty, grains, hay, cow fodder, soft bitterness, fruity, some citrus. Aftertaste: bit fruity, banana notes, little bitter, gentle bitterness, malty, cow fodder, pretty dry finish. Not my style of beer.
