Tap @ Fermentoren, Aarhus. Pours pitch black with a large creamy dark brown head. Aromas of chocolate cake, melted chocolate bars, coffee, butterscotch, caramel, toast, malty bready notes. Taste is chocolatey as hell, lots of dry cocoa, acidic dark chocolate, chocolate cake, malty sweet notes, roasted coffee. Delicious!

(Keg at Sori Taproom, 20170517) The beer poured black. Its head was small and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, liquorice and dark chocolate. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, ash, pine, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste had dark chocolate, liquorice and bitterness. A very well done strong imperial stout. Balanced flavours and scents.

0,05l from tap shared by / with the crew during mbcc red session. black color, small coffee colored head. smells licorice, earthy, peppery, light chilis, light chocolate. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes of licorice, strong of vanilla, spices, peppery, earthy, light chocolate, bit medical. finishes lightly sweet with notes of chocolate, earthy notes and some vanilla. okish, but not my kind of imp stout, too much vanilla did not like the balance. 8, 4, 7, 3, 14
