Sample at Brewskival. Clear, pale, golden. Some oak, but very dusty, some honey. Strangely astringent. Not my thing at all.

Ugh…..this one was quite horrible…. Clear golden in the glass with no head Decent intensity in the aroma Also an ok balanced sweetness Honey, herbs, yeast, strange apple touch and a heavy basement feeling in the flavor [On tap at Nedre Foss Gård in Oslo, Norway]

Bottle courtesy of Timo. Clear pale honey colour pour leaving some subtle legs on the glass with a swirl. Fine dry sherry nose with an explosion of honey, complex white grapes & wood. Tiny sweet & tiny sour taste. Light wheat dough. Soft pleasant tiny oily mouthfeel. Short finish. Nose is awesome fino sherry. Taste is currently a bit off with light wheat dough but I think that’ll solve itself with some more time. Cool mead! Amazing sherry nose!
