Each year, we celebrate another year in the brewing business by rolling out our stock of barrels and blending different varieties of our oak-aged beers into a fine, one-time only blend for toasting with the valued craft enthusiasts who have helped us get this far. This year, we are releasing a blend composed of three beers previously unseen outside of our cellar: Rum Barrel-Aged Old Numbskull, Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Porter, & Red Wine Barrel-Aged Quad.

On tap at Anvil & Stave. Almost black with a tan head. Aroma of malt, bourbon, vanilla, wood and some dried fruit. Similar taste. Vinous and with a long finish. A nice one to sip.

On tap at the Anvil and Stave. Pours a cloudy brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is strong toffee, wood, cocoa, vinous. Medium body, vanilla, oak, toffee, nice dry finish, very nice.

Bottle courtesy of rlgk. Hazy dark reddish brown pour with a frothy creamy beige head. Dark bread, dark dried fruit, charred wood, rum, peary esters, vanilla nose. Sweet, malty & fruity taste. Round syrupy mouth. Bit cloying.

Bottle. Pours deep mahogany, small tan head, decent lacing. Aroma is dried fruit, dates, cocoa, bourbon, raisin, vinous. Flavors is medium sweet, fruitcake, vanilla, fig. Full body, creamy mouthfeel. Nice sipper.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a dark brown black color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty woody spicy chocolate caramel and dark fruit aroma. Fruity malty bourbon woody caramel and dark fruit flavor. Has a fruity malty woody bourbon caramel dark fruit finish with weak hints of chocolate.
