This still mead is made with citrus honey and sauvignon blanc grapes. Slightly sweet and fruity with a clean crisp finish. Serve at 55-60.

Bottle courtesy of Brandon. Pours clear greenish pale golden leaving some subtle legs on the glass. Smell is fruity and floral with honey, kiwi, unripe pears. dry soil, white grapes and hints of alcohol and lemon peal. Taste is slightly sweet, tiny sour and heavy fruity. Mouthfeel is tiny dry, tiny oily, tiny tart, tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny sour with heavy kiwi pear grape fruitiness, floral honey and dry soil. Very balanced, subtle and delicious.

Bottle @ home via trade with readbaron. Thanks! Pours a bit hazy quite light yellow appearance with a spritzy white easy that dissipates quickly. Lots of ears, apples, tropical fruits, and white wine in the nose. Spritzy, juicy pear, red apple, spicy honey, vanilla, white grape flavor. Very fruity with plenty of boost.
