750ml bottle pours out a hazy golden topped with a small white head. Nose is mineral some lemon zest citrus tartness wet hay and some spice. Taste is more of the mineral brine notes the citrus tartness and some spice.

Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head that leaves some soapy trace on the glass while dissipating. smell is fruity and tiny herbal with crackers, lemon juice, lime juice, yoghurt, clotted cream, hay, minerals, cilantro and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, sour, tiny salty, slightly malty and slightly herbal. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny dry, tart and medium bodied. Bottle @ Steve_0’s HF party. Thanks bytemesis! Pours a hazy light yellow appearance with a white head. Twangy, grassy, herbal, big lemon, lactic, funky nose. Very refreshing. Pineapple, bubblegum, tropical fruity, mango taste. Easy to drink and delicious. Very chuggable and delicious.

Bottle pour split at a tasting. Much thanks to Chris for sharing. Pours a light cloudy yellow color. Sour lemon aroma. Flavor is lemon, and some sweet and sour fruit flavor. A little salty. Finishes on sweet fruit, and a little dry. Great beer.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is slightly acidic and citrus. Moderate phenolic notes with coriander. A bit poopy with a light graininess. Pours a cloudy, pale yellow with a large, white head with decent retention as it recedes to the edges. No leaving and small legs. Flavor is moderately tart with a light grain note. Hints of overripe stone fruit and faint tropical fruit. Medium light bitterness. Moderate phenolic not, slightly plastic. Light saltiness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, nice acidity and citrus note with good salt, but the phenolics from the yeast is a bit off.
