Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2015. Pours very hazy burnt yellow with a big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some spotty sticky trace on the glass. Smell is fruity, funky and tiny spicy with crackers, white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, dry soil, barnyard, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, fruity, funky and tiny spicy. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with white bread, grapefruit juice, mango, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, dry soil, barnyard, white pepper corns and lemon zest. Really solid farmhouse IPA. Great fruity hop profile, solid funk and with some spicy phenols that comes of as being balanced and never turn rubbery.

Flavor is light sourness, malt, bretty, little grain, fruity hops, pineapple, citrus. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, dry finish with a bit of alcohol. 131115
