Draught @ BBB. Pours hazy vibrant bluish red with a small frothy bluish pink head that quickly dissipates while leaving a small trace on the glass. Smell is tiny malty and fruity with crackers, cereal, lemon juice, blackberries, bilberries, yoghurt, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny malty and fruity. mouthfeel is dry, tart, slightly berry skin astringent and light bodied. Finish is sour with buttered crackers, cereal, lemon juice, bilberries, yoghurt, hay, minerals and lemon zest. Bilberries get a bit too astringent and the taste is slightly buttery. Solid except for that.
