Bottle at 2015 Sweet & Sour.Clear pear color, no head, no legs. Saffron, honey, spicy scent. Alcohol, saffron taste. Saffron aftertaste. Thin, tart mouthfeel, no bitterness, tart finish.

Bottle received in trade. Thank you clownoisseur! Pours clear yellowish greenish pale gold leaving some subtle legs on the glass. Smell is spicy with honey, sweet wheat dough, saffron, minerals, alcohol and lemon peal. Taste is slightly sweet and slightly spicy. Mouthfeel is soft, round, very tiny watery, very tiny boozy and medium bodied. Finish is sweet with honey, saffron pastries, dry soil, minerals, alcohol and lemon peal. Lussekatt mead! Quite tasty!
