BacklogTap at burgersson (Skanstorget 4) a few timesHazy golden color, big white head. Fruity hoppy and citrus scent and taste. Taste also a tad bitter coming through. Medium light mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Fresh.

Draught @ burgersson. Pours tiny hazy golden with a big frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of thick sticky lacing in the glass. Smell is slightly fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, pineapple, freshly cut grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, tiny fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly astringent, tiny watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon zest and hints of fresh green peas and chlorophyll. Solid SIPA. Great pairing with their burgers!
