Draught @ BBB. Pours tiny hazy golden with a frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky lace on the glass. Smell is fruity and grassy with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, lemon balm, minerals and lemon zest. Taste bitter and slightly fruity and grassy. Mouthfeel is dry, astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, grapefruit pith, lemon zest and hints of butter.
