Draught @ Bishops Avenyn. Pours black with a small mocha head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is malty, estery and slightly boozy with roasted malts, burnt caramel, Belgian chocolate, banana, burnt wood, hay, soil, and alcohol. Taste is sweet and bitter with roasted malts, toffee, grillad banana with chocolate, orange chocolate, soil, minerals, sweet liquorice and orange zest. Mouthfeel is round, slightly astringent, boozy, tiny watery and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and bitter with roasted malts, orange chocolate, soil, hay and alcohol.
