Draught @ The Rover. Pours slightly hazy golden with a big creamy, fluffy and frothy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of sticky lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is tiny malty, floral, herbal and earthy with freshly baked white bread, crackers, hay, dried yellow flowers, moist soil, minerals and lemon peal. Taste is tiny sweet, slightly bitter and heavy floral with freshly baked white bread, crackers, biscuits, hay, dried yellow flowers and thistles, minerals and lemon peal. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny astringent and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with freshly baked white bread, hay, dried flowers, minerals and lemon peal. Wow! A German hop Bomb! Very yummy floral and earthy lager. Yum-a-dum!
