Sahtipaja Pilot Series is aimed to involve the customers in the development of new beers and meads. Instead of brewing small batches for internal testing we have decided to brew a bit larger batches and distribute them to selected bars. Customer feedback via beer rating sites and through social media will give us a better picture of what people like and want to drink instead of we deciding this for them.

Draft @ Beer Ditch, Malmö. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity spicy lime and grapefruit aroma. Fruity sour tart lime flavor with weak hints of kiwi. Has a fruity sour tart lime finish.

Draught @ BrewDog Bar Gbg. Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head that quickly dissipates without leaving much trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with crackers, lemonade, kiwi fruit, yoghurt, minerals, lime zest and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, tiny salty and fruity with crackers, lemonade, yuzu juice, lime juice, kiwi fruit, yoghurt, minerals, orange zest and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is soft, slightly dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, lemonade, yuzu juice, lime juice, kiwi fruit, yoghurt, hay, minerals, lime zest and lemon zest.
