Draught @ BAJT. Pours slightly hazy amberish deep golden with a rather big frothy and bubbly offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky trace on the glass. Smell is malty and slightly herbal with dark bread, caramel, moist grass, moist freshly cut green herbs and orange zest. Taste is slightly sweet, bitter, malty, slightly floral and slightly herbal with biscuits, dark bread, caramel, moist grass, lemon balm, dandelions, moist soil, black tea, grapefruit rinds and orange zest. Mouthfeel is soft, round, slightly astringent and medium bodied. Finish is tiny sweet and bitter with biscuits, caramel, moist grass, lemon balm, black tea and orange zest. Nice malt base with a suiting nice floral/herbal bitterness. Biscuits and black tea in a glass.
