Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is subtle, tiny malty and tiny floral with crackers, white bread, hay and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, tiny malty and slightly floral with crackers, cereal, white bread, hay, lemon zest and hints of lemon balm. Mouthfeel is round, tiny dry, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter with bread, cereal, hay and lemon zest. Works just fine for what it is…
