Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and slightly fruity with wheat dough, yoghurt, lemon juice, dry soil, hay, mandarin oranges and lemon zest. Taste is sour, salty and fruity with wheat crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit, mandarin oranges, yoghurt, hay, dry soil, minerals and lemon zest. mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, lemon juice, mandarin oranges, yoghurt, dry soil, hay, pine needles and lemon zest. Solid gose! Has some wheat dough in the nose I don’t like but that’s gone in the taste. Also sports a nice hop presence.

Cloudy golden pour with small white head. Light tart aroma and taste with some fruitiness to it, together with hay, grass and citrus. Very refreshing.
