Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours hazy golden with a frothy offwhite head that leaves lots of sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny fruity with crackers, grapefruit, grass, pine, soil, green peas and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter and tiny fruity with crackers, wheat flour, unfermented wort, grapefruit, grass, pine, green peas and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is mealy, astringent, watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with wheat flour, unfermented wort, grapefruit, grass, pine, green peas and lemon zest. Really quite terrible. Ferment it perhaps?
