Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2014. Pours vibrant red with a rather small pinkish white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity with cereal, fresh raspberries, lemon juice, yoghurt, dry soil and lemon zest. Taste is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, cereal, raspberries, yoghurt, dry soil, hay and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, tart and light bodied. Finish is sour and fruity with wheat crackers, raspberries, yoghurt, lemon juice, dry soil and lemon zest. Very refreshing fruited weisse. Would have loved even more raspberries.

Red/pink with a pinkish head. Crisp aroma and taste of fresh raspberries together with some sourish grassy citrus notes. Refreshing.

Draught at the AIBF 2014 no 1 cons 2014-11-14 Göteborg AR: sour raspberries, wee salty biscuites AP: clear pink, no head F: salty, sour, frozen raspberries, very fresh and I love the fact that this one is only 2,6% - Great brew Ingo!
