No head on a clear copper coloured still body. Honey, syrup & sugar aroma. Light on the palate with a clean back. Honey, jam, oaked & berry tastes

Bottle 50 cl at Sweet & Sour, Sätila, 2014-08-30. Thanks to Johan J (non-ratebeer).Clear copper color, no head, no legs. Sweet, spicy, cream scent. Sweet, a bit tart and dry still, honey, almond taste. Warming alcohol. Medium mouthfeel, tart finish.

Bottle courtesy of Johan (non-RB). Pours deep golden with no head and subtle legs. Smell is sweet with honey, bochet, vanilla, glue, alcohol and hints of lemon zest. Taste is very sweet with honey, caramel, bochet, hay and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is slightly sticky sweet, round, slightly boozy and light to medium bodied. finish is sweet with honey, bochet, hay and lemon zest.

Siren launch at the craft beer company. Rich amber colour. Deep honey caramel aroma. Sweet rich honey. Flavour. Hides the alcohol well.

Bottle at some tasting I have no idea when but it must have been at Chriso’s as he added the beer, possibly at the New Year’s 2012/13 tasting in the snow. Lovely mead, nougat, nutty and really good.
