Een traditionele Duitse bock zoals bockbier ooit bedoeld is. Geen zoete, plakkerige substantie, maar een bier dat smaakt naar de herfst. De Sexy Motherbocker is een ondergistend bier met aardse tonen van noten, chocolade en laurier. Het wordt gebrouwen tijdens de zwoele warme zomerdagen, zodat het bier rustig kan rijpen om tijdens de frisse herfstdagen gedronken te worden. Drink as sexy as possible!

Draught @ Kaapse BAF15, [ Borefts After Beer Festival 2015. ] @ Kaapse Brouwers, Veerlaan 19D, Rotterdam, Netherlands 3072 AN. [ As Oersoep Sexy Motherbocker ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, burnt, dark malt, soy sauce, dark berries - fruit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average duration, soy sauce, dark malt, light leather - brett. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Tap at De Wildeman, 21st January 16. Dark, aroma is slight caramel, liquorice. Taste is liquorice, malt, slight medicinal, a little weird.

Tap @ Thornbridge ’s Hertogenbosch, small sample. Dark brown color, big rocky brown head. Aroma of some roast, mocha, funky, bretty, strawberry. Slight sweet in taste of fruity strawberry and caramel, bit milky lactic roast. Reminds me a bit of Zwet.be. Quite nice.

Sampled from draught @ Thornbridge Pub, Den Bosch. Opaque dark brown color with a slight red glare coming through, full sized creamy off-white to beige head. Smell and taste malts, a bit sourish, some dark malts, a touch of earthy leaves. Meh.

On tap at the Black Smith. At 6.8%. Deep dark brown colour, beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, citrus hops, dark fruits, burnt caramel. Flavour is likewise, roasty and hoppy, light tartness, hint of coffee, caramel, hin th of mocha, nice bitterness, dry. Light to medium bodied. Nice.

Draft at Kaapse BAF ’15. Pours near black with a small beige head. Aroma of overripe dark fruits, roast and dark chocolate with a little Brett. Flavour is over moderate sweet and bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation.
