Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours tiny hazy golden with a big frothy and creamy offwhite head that slowly dissipates while leaving some thick sticky lacing on the glass. Smell is fruity and tiny malty with biscuits, pink grapefruit juice, freshly cut grass, lemon grass, pineapple juice, gooseberries, yuzu juice and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet, tiny bitter, fruity and tiny malty with biscuits, pink grapefruit juice, mango, pineapple, winegums, freshly cut grass, pine needles, gooseberries and hints of yuzu. Mouthfeel is soft, round, tiny astringent and light bodied. Finish is bitter and fruity with biscuits, grapefruit rinds, unripe tropical fruits, freshly cut grass, pine needles, orange zest, winegums and gooseberries.
