Draught at The Rover. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is fruity with crackers, grapefruit juice, pine needles, freshly cut grass, moist herbs, soil, currant leaves and lemon zest. Taste is bitter, tiny sour, tiny fruity and herbal with crackers, rhubarb, freshly cut grass, grapefruit rinds, lemon zest, pine needles, Peruvian peppar, moist green herbs, cucumber and hints of green peas. Mouthfeel is crisp, dry, astringent, tiny watery and light bodied. Finish is bitter with crackers, grass, pine, grapefruit rinds, rhubarb and black currant leaves. Refreshing!
