Draught@SBWF2012. Found a ripped page out of a notebook, full with SBWF2012 backlog... Hazy pale golden colour with a small head. Aroma is sour wood, some grains, mashlike sweetness and mild berries. Flavour is quite similar, with the sourness being quite mellow, but enough sour to be mouthdrying. Easy going and simplistic brettbeer.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 28 Sep 2012) Hazy yellow colour with brief, white head. Fruity, malty nose with yeast, tropical fruit, citrus and grass. Fruity, malty taste with notes of citrus, peaches, hints of wild yeast and a spicy bitterness in a dry finish. Medium body, mainly dry. The brett character stays quite balanced. Interesting, and quite nice.

Sample @ Stockholm Beer & Whisky 2012. Pours hazy pale golden with a small white head that leaves some small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sweet, fruity and slightly funky with white bread, dry soil, lemon and orange zest, ripe dark plums, green grapes, dry wood and brett. Taste is tiny sweet, fruity and slightly malty with crackers, green grapes, white bread, dark plums, brett, orange and lemon zest and hints of barnyard and fudge. Mouthfeel is smooth, round, tiny watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is sweet and tiny bitter with white bread, green grapes, dry wood, crackers and dry soil.
