Draught (Ölrepubliken, Göteborg) - Black with a tan head. Plain chocolate, roasted malt, coffee and spiced apple in the aroma. Smooth, roasted and chocolatey taste with notes of liquorice, apple, coffee and cocoa.

Draught at Ölrepubliken on February 11, 2012Very dark brown to black color, light brown head. Sweet, alcohol, malt taste. Lingering licorice and roasted aftertaste. Moussy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Sweet, grainy, alcohol scent.

Draught at Ölrepubliken, Göteborg. Black, minimal beige head. Aroma of cocoa with notes of green apples. Sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Butter and cocoa, salty bitterish finish. Too clean.

Draught @ BAJT on January 28. Pours black with a rather small mocha head that clings to the glass while dissipating. Smell is rather subtle, slightly sweet and slightly metallic with roasted malts, dark bread and some coffee. Taste is malty and bitter with roasted malts, coffee, yeast, coffee and salty liquorice. Finish is slightly sweet and slightly bitter with liquorice toffee.
