Draught @ 3 Små Rum on December 29. Pours hazy dark golden with a rather small white head that clings to the glass while dissipating. Smell is rather subtle and refreshing with grapefruit, lemon zest and some hints of caramel. Taste is very hoppy with pine, grapefruit, lemon zest, grass and some freshly cut wood. Mouthfeel is slightly watery but that’s hardly detectable. Finish is dry and bitter. A bit one-dimensional but still very nice, refreshing and drinkable.

Draught at 3 Små Rum, on December 8, 2011Hazy golden color, creamy white head. Sweet, fruity, hoppy scent. Bitter, fruity, hoppy, a bit sweet taste. Some minerals. Moussy mouthfeel, high bitterness.
