Bottled, thanks rlgk! Cloudy amber, lively head. Fruity estery nose. Above medium body with soft, spritzy mouthfeel. Spicy and honeyish with some orange juice. Rather complex, but also subtle with long floral bitterness. An interesting, unusual beer that defies all classification.

Bottled 750ml (vintage 2011)
Slightly hazy deep amber color, steady beige head. Berries, ash, cardboard in the nose. Medium-bodied. Sweet caramel, berries and American hops. Probably beer that works with food. Simple beer to serve in big bottles.
