Bottle thanks to northernbrews. Shared with my wife. Pours crystal clear pinkish amber with a fizzy small white head that dissipates very quickly and leaves little lacing. Aroma is cherries, whiskey, vanilla, honey, apple. Flavor is much the same, whiskey and woody notes present, but certainly far from overpowering. Lightly sweet with just a touch of tart, very cherry, but in a good way. Light body, prickly carbonation. Yep, I am liking this one!

Pours light pink into a snifter. No head whatsoever. Sweet honey and cherry aromas. Soft with sweet cherry and honey front to back and into the lasting oaky finish.

My first crack at a mead so I’ll go with the flow. Sweet and tart, fruity and flowery. Not as heavy on the sweet honey as I thought it would be. Tartness makes it a sipper (for me)

Bottle thanks to boisebeerguy. Pours out a light pink with no head. Nose is awesome sweetness cherries apple and a touch of floral. Taste is as the nose sweet honey cherries man I love this one. It was so good I have to get more. Thanks again rich.

Bottle thanks to FlandersNed. Pours pinkish red. Nose and taste of apple honey, cherries, oak, rye, vanilla, honey and touch of whiskey - very light. The cherries and apple honey are in the forefront. Medium body.

Bottle at maniac’s courtesy of Drake, thanks. Crystal clear rose color. Aroma of intense flowers, meadow, honeybees. Taste is lightly spiced, sweet fruit. Very tasty.

Half liter bottle with a clear red color. Aroma of honey, cherries, floral notes, stone fruits, tropical fruits, wood notes. The taste is honey, cherries, stone fruits, mild whiskey, mild wood. Medium bodied, no hint of booze.

Pours clear light reddish color with very little head. Aromas of cherries and bourbon with a hint of apples. Tart cherry, bourbon and oak flavors with some sweet apples. Medium body with no carbonation.

500ml bottle thanks to cheeseman. Pours a clear amber reddish hue with a small white head. Very bright. A nice easy nose of bourbon cherry and berry. Sweet vanilla and huge tart and sweet dark cherry. Bourbon is big. Apple pie. Pretty smooth. Very good.
