Our tasty Imperial Saison, the Worker (9.4% ABV), is prickly sweet with some spiciness. The Worker has aroma notes of over-ripened peaches, dates, and stone fruit. The rye is very apparent and gives the beer a spicy floral taste.

33cl bottle from Speciaalbier Leiden shared with Kermis. Thin creamy white head. Very hazy amber pour. Very yeasty.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Hazy amber with a ring off white head. Aroma of big peppery saison yeast, citrus and herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light carbonation. A fairly dull saison with a fairly stupid ABV.

Fles gedeeld @Benzai’s Carnaval Tasting. wazig oranje/amber met witte kraag. aroma van koriander en citrus, gist. vrij veel mond vullende koolzuur, citrus, vrij licht grassig, licht kruidig, zwakke body, citrus, licht alcoholisch, stro. simpel

Bottle @ Benzai’s crazy carnaval, small sample. BB Spring 2016. Hazy orange color, medium frothy head. Smells fishy, caramel, green apple. Spicy, caramel. High carbo.

Bottle @ Don’t want anything to do with carnaval tasting. A bit hazy orange color, average sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, quite some yeast, lightly herbs or spices though not in a bad way, yeasty and a bit floral sweetness. Decent body and carbonation.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bought @ W. van Schaik, Vianen. Hazy amber with a white head. After a while in the glass some yeast sediment is forming on the bottom. Sweet yeasty peppery aroma. Sweet taste with some peach and apricot. Nice saisonish Belgian ale.
