Our tasty Imperial Saison, the Worker (9.4% ABV), is prickly sweet with some spiciness. The Worker has aroma notes of over-ripened peaches, dates, and stone fruit. The rye is very apparent and gives the beer a spicy floral taste.

33cl bottle (BBF: 12/2019) from Beerwulf webshop. F: medium, tan, not long lasting. C: brown, hazy. A: sweet malty, caramel, bit herbal, vinous touch, dates, mellow fruity. T: medium malty base, mellow sweet fruity, bit vinous, bit honey herbal, bit spicy, not for the style at all, medium carbonation, at least it is cold outside so can be partially enjoyed as winter evening sipper but very sweet and simple.

at a tasting, thanks Giovanni, small stable bubbly head, very cloudy and quite deep orange color, aroma of yeast, white wine, ripe fruits and minerals coming in later, flavor of nut, candy and apricot, a bit boozy and alcoholic, heavy and not too refined, some light fruity sourness creeping in. Drinkable but not too good.
