500 ml. can @ home. Picked up from Anna Maria in Antwerp. BBF 05/04/2014. Ooh, looks like this one is a premium and not a pale lager, classy. Pours a crystal-clear honey amber, white head that almost instantly vanishes. Smells of sweet starch, quite a bit of sweet apples, faint hay. Taste is sweet starch, light apples, light grains, hay, sweetish, touch white sugar, faint minerals in the back. Body has a starch quality to it, light, spritzy carb. Not stellar but better than most pale lager & more or less drinkable.

Bottle at Krasnopolski, Stockholm. Pale golden with a white head. Sweet with grain, hay, some butter and bread. Thin and really boring.

No taka sobie ta perla. Piana owszem stoji mocna ale srednio trwala. Aromat chmieli lubelskich wyczuwalny. Aromat jednak ulotny. Smak srednio wyrazisty ze sporym nagazowaniem. Piwo musuje do samego konca. Finisz lekko goryczkowy i ozezwiajacy.

500ml bottle. Pours gold with a small frothy head. Aroma is butter, skunk and a little lemon. Taste has some grass to start. Not a whole lot going on in the finish, slightly grassy aftertaste. Metallic touches.

Soft texture, low carbonation. A very soft, malty taste. Lightly sweet, low on bitterness.

Bottle from some weird international shop in south Ashford. Pale gold clear not much of a white head. Smells skunky. It is in a green glass bottle. Smells slightly of diacetyl tastes slightly of diacetyl and a bit of cereal. Not much hop, touch of buttered toast. Aroma is poor, mouthfeel is not great, finish is only crisp due to the carbonation. Very faint lemon hop. Bit of buttered toast on the aftertaste. Just about ok, but not great.

bottle from Piotr & Pawel w Wawie. Clear pale yellow colour, large and creamy white head, nice hoppy nose, quite green and fresh. Elegant malty base, slightly grainy, with lots of fresh hops, resiny and grassy. Near to a German Pilsener. Underrated in my opinion, as it’s a solid lager with a convincing hop profile.
