On tap at Cardinal. Pours muddy dirty red with small head. Aroma of red fruit, cherries, yoghurt. Taste very sour, cherry, milky.

(Draught at Man in the Moon, Stockholm, 11 Feb 2015) Dark red colour with frothy, pinkish head. Fruity, sourish nose with notes of cherries, raspberries and red-currant. Fruity, tart taste with raspberries, sour cherries, red-currant and a balanced acidity with a certain vanilla flavour in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, with a balanced fruity sourness. Quite nice.

On tap at What’s Brewing. An unclear, pale reddish brown beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma and flavor is quite boring I think. Not one-dimensional, but it’s mostly grains and red berries. Some sourness in the flavor though. It’s medium bodied and dry on the palate, with a lemon juice-ish finish that also have some grains and red berries. A decent beer indeed, but I’m far from stoked. Keg at the Euston Tap - London. Pours lightly hazy pink-red with a creamy, light pink head. The nose is light tart berries cutting through saison yeast. Light-medium sweet flavor with good, pleasant berry tartness, some ripe berry sugars, other mildly gooey fruits, moderate acidity, some yeast, wheat bread. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tart berry finish with a bit more Belgian yeast character and understated bready sweetness. Nice.

Draught @ BrewDog Bar Gōteborg. Pours murky deep red with a small pinkish white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly malty and fruity with buttered bread, caramel, butter scotch, red currants, cherry pits, apricots, moist soil, hay, yoghurt and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sweet, sour, fruity and slightly phenolic with bread, butterscotch, mashed sweet cherries, sugar sprinkled red currants, lemon juice, yoghurt, moist wood, moist soil, hay, lemon zest and sheet metal. Mouthfeel is round, tart and medium bodied. Finish is sweet and sour with buttered bread, cherries, red currants, lemon, yoghurt, moist wood, dry soil, hay, lemon zest and sheet metal. Lots of fruit on a sweet saison(?) base. Buttery and metallic. From tap. Pours hazy orange to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is fruity, cherry and light citric. Toasted, fruity, dry and breadish malty. Dry and citric finish. Light butterish.

Tap at Mikkeller, Victoriagade. Poured a murky orange amber with a thin whispy white head. The aroma is acidic apple. The flavour is moderate sour with a light acidic yeasty sour apple palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation. A bit one dimensional. Not very "saison like" and not comparable with the better sours.

Tap@Beavertown Brewery taproom - murky reddish brown pour with pinkish white head. Aroma and taste is prominent berry fruits, sour cherries, acidic and sharp tart on the palate, resonating sour in the finish, wow - very different but enjoyed the sample.
