Oud Bruin (old brown) ale is made with the traditional blend of domestic yeast, wild "Brett" yeast and bacteria that give this ale its distinct aroma. We add a good amount of Michigan cherry juice after fermentation to add life back to this aged beer. Serve at 44-55

Beer #13 at GTMW. From a Real Ale tent cask. I confirmed this beer by calling Kunnhenn just now: they didnβt have a name for it, just a barrel-aged Flemish brown ale on Montmorency cherries. They had not done this beer before. Anyone with more info is welcome to correct me.
Very cherry reddish brown with just a few bubbles clinging to the glass. Smell is of nice, tart cherries. Taste has great natural cherry plus cherry soda to it.
