Produced on the basis of a nectarous mead with a strong aroma and a sharp taste. Our driest mead. Just like wine, it makes a good accompaniment to meals.
The lightest type of mead (1 part mead + 3 parts water). It contains 11% alcohol.

Bottle - Dark sweet honey notes, with almost a light medicinal note. Clear Amber gold. Dark sweet honey and cola/medicinal notes. Much thinner than expected and no booze to speak of. Weird, but nice.

Bottle, pours a dark caramel colour with a tiny white bubbly head. Aroma brings out dark honey, toasted caramel, and bready notes. Flavour brings out toasted caramel, dark honey, and some earthiness. Fairly watery given the high ABV, but it works well. Not the deepest mead, but the flavours are very pleasant. Enjoyable stuff.

No head. Clear brown body. Apple and honey aroma with wood notes. Sweet-acidic winter apple taste with honey and caramel notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft, flat mouthfeel. Sweet-acidic earthy winter apple aftertaste with caramel notes. Lovely and highly drinkable. (0.75l bottle, I forget where from.)

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Pours clear, oily amber with no head at all. Clear aroma of honey, with notes of flowers. Sweetish flavour, with some winey notes. Tastes like a regular German honey wine. Not a disgrace to the grand Polish tradition of mead production, but not light years away from it, either.

750ml Bottle picked up at tres bonne. Pours out a crisp gold with no head. Aroma is nice sweet honey, green apple, pit fruit, and a grape. Taste is as the aroma with a nice honey, apple, grape. Not as thick and rich as some of the other Apis Meads.
