Draught @ Ölrepubliken. Pours clear pale golden with a small frothy white head that leaves some sticky lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is fruity and tiny grassy with crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, pineapple, passion fruit, star fruit, yoghurt, freshly cut grass, minerals and lemon zest. Taste is slightly sour, slightly bitter, fruity and slightly grassy. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, slightly tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour with buttered crackers, lemon juice, grapefruit juice, passion fruit, star fruit, yoghurt, clotted cream, moist grass, pine needles, minerals and lemon zest. Keg at 4th Avenue Pub. It pours lightly hazy gold with a decent white head. The nose is fresh, lemon sherbet, bread, light souness, grass, earth, limeade and pine. The taste is crisp, sour, bitter, passion fruit, fresh grapefruit, lemon-lime, light mouth-pucker and bread with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Good bitter - sour balance to it. Nice one.
