Aged up to 30 months in oak barrels, this ale is a blend of as many as nine lots of aged reds, resulting in a very deep, rich and complex sour.

My kind of sour. So deep, so rich, so dark and mysterious. Mermaids’ nectar. Left.

Still love it so much. Woody, vinous, damn sour, fruity. So much oak.

Quite tart, even a bit musky sour cherry. Glad to have tried

Yay, Cascade! Super sour, woody, vinous.. almost close to a Flanders red. The fruityness is amazing, considering there's no fruit in it. The wood adds notes of vanilla, and old leather. Really smooth. And sour.
