The only exception in our range of beers is the Rédor, a bottom fermentation “pils” beer, filtrated but not pasteurised.
Indeed, although we are specialised in the production of top fermentation beers with refermentation in the bottle, the brewery has chosen to keep the production of a “pils” beer.
The Rédor is a pure malt “pils”, which means we only use the barley malt as starch.
We do not add grains, so the Rédor becomes a tasteful “pils” with a real bitterness.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is grainy malt with straw, noble hop, hint of citrus. Flavour is moderate bitter with low sweetness. Medium body. Fine clean Pilsener.

Tap at ZBF: Another of Belgiums better Pilseners with the formiliar golden looks, fine foamy head and a sweet bitter aftertaste.

25 cl draft at Nuetnigenough in Brussels, Belgium. The pour is clear golden, with a well formed one inch white head that leaves behind nice lace. The aroma is clean herbal, floral, fresh grass and earth. The taste is pilsner malt up front, then the herbal grass earth elements. The palate is light bodied, active carbonation and dry mineral finish. Perfect with food.

Draught @ Pastamadre, Brussels. Sweet, smooth and slightly grainy with hints of malts and earthiness, mild notes of hay. Quite generic.
