Indeed, although we are specialised in the production of top fermentation beers with refermentation in the bottle, the brewery has chosen to keep the production of a “pils” beer.
The Rédor is a pure malt “pils”, which means we only use the barley malt as starch.
We do not add grains, so the Rédor becomes a tasteful “pils” with a real bitterness.

Flaska från Saveur Bieré. Smak och doft av humle, humle, örter, hö, citrus. Rund och len pils helt i min smak. Lagom sötma, rena fina smaker, god beska.

250ml bottle. Clear golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Mildly floral, grassy, hoppy aroma, a spicy touch of hay and straw. Taste is spicy pale malty and grassy hoppy, slightly floral, a spicy touch of hay, a lemon dash, subtle pale malty sweetness. Nice little Pilsener.

Poured up on tap at Nuet nigenough where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma offers up bready corn like notes along with light fruity esters and a light spicy hoppiness. The taste is crisp and easily quaffable. I get smooth sweet thin corn and bread notes that are quickly cut by the carbonation enhanced yeasty fruity esters and modest bitter hoppiness. Darn nice refreshing brew.

Pale golden to yellow colored, pretty clear, small+ white head, nice lacing. Aroma is malts, cereal and grains with some noble hops in the background. Taste is the same, low+ sweet malt and grains, doughy, medium noble grassy bitterness, dry finish. Light+ bodied and a lively carbonation. (on tap, Nüetnigenough, Brussels, B)

Flaska från Saveur-bier. Gyllenfärgad, klar, lågt vitt skum. Fin typisk pilsnerdoft med säd, hö, örter, ängsblommor. Välbalanserad, mjuk rund kropp, aningen smörig, torr, gräsi humle, hö, örter, blommor. Måttlig sötma och beska. Riktigt trevlig.

Bottled 25cl
Clear golden color, small white head. Sweetish, a bit fruity, corn-like aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish, fruity flavor with some spicey hoppyness. There is certain Belgian yeasty spicey-fruity-vibe, but besides of this, it is more or less "ordinary" drinkable pils/pale lager.

*Old rating, best before 05/2012. Würzig-süffiges Pils. Schön rund, feinherb, leicht süßlich. Lecker.

Bottle shared in the car in Belgium - March 2013. Pours clear, light yellow with a mild, white cream head. Lots of doughy malts in the nose, white bread, biscuits. Light sweet flavor with crispy straw, dry biscuits, hay, dry dough. Light bodied with average carbonation and smooth mouthfeel. Clean finish with light bitter hay, crunchy straw, further doughy biscuits. Lovely.
