On tap at the brewery. Cold banana. Cloudy gold amber colour lasting cream head. Light banana custard flavour. Some hop on the finish. Very light weizen with mostly banana flavour. Ok

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy orange color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity wheat malty weak banana aroma. Fruity wheat malty spicy banana flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy banana finish.

Milchig trübes goldgelbes Weizen mit einer geringen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, bananig, phenolisch. Geschmack hefig, fruchtig, leicht trocken, Getreide, phenolisch.

Vom fass, 5.2 % abv, at the brewpub, 500ml shared with Finn. Creamy white head leaving nice lacework on the glassware. Unclear apricot coloured body, Aroma of fruity wheat, hints of yeast. Wheat and mid-sweet banana flavours followed by a little fruity yeastiness. Rather well bodied. Okay weizen (Bamberg 12.10.2014).

Fra fat på bryggeripuben 12 Okt 14. Aprikosfarget. Uklar. Bra skum som daler sakte. God aroma av mandarin. Smaken har preg av banan og sitrus. Passe søt.

Tap at the Brauhaus beer garden - 28/04/12. Cloudy orange with a small white head. Wheat and banana on the nose. Wheat, banana, clove all present in the taste a little sweet than other beers of this style but tempered with a little citrus in the finish. Medium carbonation and a good enough hefeweizen.

Bottle from brewery. Hazy golden color with medium white head. Aroma of wheat, light banana, yest. Taste, orange, lemon, yeast wheat. Fruity bittersweet finish. Nice.

Beer No. 111 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
On tap at Greifenklau, Bamberg. Cloudy orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, mild fruity spicy nose. Light fruity, mild wheaty and banana with notes of caramel and cloves in the finish. Pleasant weizen.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is light estery and dry wheaty. Mild fruity and dry estery. Light bitter, yeasty and mild fruity finish.
