From tap at Brauerei Greifenklau. Aroma is lots of banana, bubblegum, bready wheat, some spicy clove. Sweet flavour, medium body. Okay-ish, but a bit too much of a bubblegum aroma.

Bottle at Brauerei Greifenklau, Bamberg in the Biergarten, Saturday 26th March 2022, weather glorious ☀️. Pours orange yellow with a white head, nice little fizz on the tongue, a light tangy, some shredded wheat at the end, banana comes through.

Geruch fruchtig frisch, leicht alkoholig. Auch geschmacklich kommt das weitgehend durch. Zusätzlich fallen getreidige und florale Noten auf. Im Mittelteil herb-würzig. Hier und im Endteil auch recht bitter. Wunderbar weich. Durchaus brauchbar.

Sampled after Caesar nearly killed me following him on a bicycle uphill to this place. Great biergarten but after nearly dying from dragging my fat ass up that hill after cycling about 50 km up and down around Bamberg already today, not even the beer could help me anymore. Though that was mainly because the beer wasn't very good. Nonetheless, I'm happy I got there and got to try em. Alive and well. Beer btw is hazy, white head, wheat, banana, yeast. Body is decent, carbonation is quite firm. 6-3-6-2-11.

Tap at the brewery. Aroma is sweetish wheat, bubble gum, fruity. Taste is the same, not *too* minerally (but still Franconian Weizen-like), a bit sweet bubblegum. Oily mouthfeel. Okay.
